CDS Profile
Casey Allen - WR
2005 was an equally productive year for Allen as he continued to provide a reliable target for Brett Elliott in the passing game.Casey Allen increased his per catch average and had very similiar overall numbers to last season. He has proven to be consistent and has a great feel for the position. While Allen doesn't have great speed , he does have the kind of measurables that could pose problems for smaller DB's , especially in the red zone or lined up as a slot receiver. Casey Allen's best shot at making a NFL roster will be as a UDFA.
2004 was a record year for Casey with 13 games he had 90 grabs for 1410 yards at 15.7 yards per catch 23 TDs a long of 70 and 108.5 yards per gameasey Allen is the second best player on the best offense in DIII Football. He was the favorite receiver of Brett Elliott in the Linfield Wildcats undefeated National Championship season. And both are back for another run at the record book. He has similar measurable to UCLA's Tab Perry, while not as fast in a straight line he has better hands and a better sense of how to get open.
