Brodrick Bunkley is a quick and powerful defensive tackle that drew the very tough assignment this season of replacing Travis Johnson along the Seminole defensive front. Although the assignment was a tough one Bunkley has all the skills necessary to fill the void. As stated earlier Bunkley is very quick and powerful with a good burst off the line. Has a pretty good swim move although his pass rushing moves could use some refinement. The best part of his game right now are his hands which he is able to use quite well in establishing a point of leverage on the offensive lineman. Decent in the run game but definitely not a run plugger rather a pass rushing interior lineman. Worked very hard in the offseason to be the point man along the Seminole defensive front and was relied on to make the big plays for the FSU defense. Don't be surprised to see Bunkley shoot up draft boards this offseason following workouts. One of the best athletes at the tackle position in the 2006 NFL Draft.
