CDS Profile

Barry was one of the very best tackles on film in the 2005 season. A motor that never dies down, swim moves that give you nightmares, and a work ethic unparalled by many, Cofield was a 2nd Team All-Big 10 selection. A tough and big pure nose tackle, I feel Cofield could sneak his way all the way into the 4th round. I think he is a better tackle than his teammate Luis Castillo was last year. What's impressive about Cofield was that he was 5th on the team in tackles, eventhough he played on the nose tackle and was often double teamed. Cofield is a name this is around, but he is under the radar in the public eye. Many outlets have him listed as a DE, yet I really think his best shot as at 4-3 DT.  He could play either, but really would be best 1 on 1 down on the line. A very talented and underrated prospect.
