This guy has a good and accurate leg. Atop MSU's list for all time scoring. He isn't a small kicker by any means at 6-2. Dave has been known to boom it from 50+ yards out. Is very consistent, but not extremely clutch and has missed some key field goals. MSU prioritizes special teams including kickers that produced great pro Paul Edinger. It is very likely that he will be the first or second kicker taken in the draft, most likely on day 2. I see only Mike Nugent and maybe Jonathan Nichols going before him, Rayner played very well in the East West Shrine Game recently.
