Brandon is a hard-hitting safety who has a knack for the big play. He has been the acknowledged defensive leader for the Black Bears for the past two seasons. Brandon was 7th in the Atlantic 10 in total tackles in 2004 with 101, and also had 3.5 sacks. He may not possess NFL-like straight-ahead speed, and he is slightly undersized for an NFL safety, but the guy is just a great IAA football player and deserves a shot as a late-round pick or as a priority free agent.
