Just was wondering on what everybody's thoughts of the Shrine Bowl where.

Seems like Brian Hoyer really improved his stock.

Marlon Lucky was named Offensive MVP. He had seven rushes for 68 yards and a touchdown. He was thought to have a big season, but had a turf toe injury that really hurt his production. However, with his showing here he might be looking at a 5th-7th round pick.

I just finished a complete game report on my blog. It's pretty long so here are the main points:
-Jamon Meredith played like a first rounder, saying he really stood out from everyone else would be an understatement
-Most of the RB's were impressive, especially Tyrell Sutton, Marlon Lucky & Gartrell Johnson
-Jarrett Dillard & Mike Thomas had good games
-Keith Fitzhugh is fun to watch, he made some great plays on ST and D
-Chase Daniel, Jorvorskie Lane, and Alex Boone were very disappointing
-The ending was pretty exciting, Mike Reilly heaved one up to the corner of the endzone with Lawrence Sidbury right in his face, then it went through Marko Mitchell's hands. I wouldn't call it a drop, it was a full-extension jumpball that he misjudged.

Thanks for this thread. I was wondering what had happened in the game but kept forgetting to ask.

Sounds like there are some decent 2nd or 3rd tier runningbacks available.
